U3 and U4
U3 soccer is an introductory soccer program for toddlers around the age of two. It focuses on basic movements, play-based learning, and parent/caregiver involvement. Safety and social interaction are priorities, and there are no formal rules or competitions. Through fun games, and positive reinforcement, children will begin to experience the joy of playing soccer.  Sessions tend to run approx. 30 min.

U4 soccer is a program for children around three years old. It introduces basic soccer skills, encourages parent involvement, and emphasizes play and enjoyment. Safety, simple rules, and social interaction are priorities, with an aim to create a positive early experience with the sport. Sessions run approx. 1 hour

U5/U6 soccer is designed for kids typically around five years old. It introduces fundamental soccer skills like dribbling, passing, and teamwork in a more structured manner. While parents may still be involved, there's a gradual shift toward independence. Safety, simple rules, and social interaction are emphasized to provide a positive and educational experience as children take their first steps into organized soccer. This age tends to practice once a week and a scheduled game weekly

U7/U8 soccer is designed for kids typically around seven years old. It builds on fundamental soccer skills, including dribbling, passing, and teamwork, with more structured training and games. Parents' involvement may decrease as children become more independent. Safety, basic rules, and sportsmanship are emphasized, creating a positive and educational soccer experience for young players as they continue their soccer journey. This age practices one/twice a week and has a game scheduled weekly.

Adaptive League

Adaptive league soccer is a program that welcomes individuals regardless of disability, providing them with the opportunity to enjoy soccer. It includes modified rules, trained coaches, and a supportive environment, fostering teamwork and social interaction among participants. The focus is on inclusion and ensuring that everyone can experience the joy of playing soccer, regardless of their disabilities.

Spring Season information to come soon!

PSA needs coach/volunteers for all age groups. No soccer experience is necessary. At these ages the coach just needs to have a willingness to assist the children, tie the occasional shoelace, and always encourage them to have fun.
